Leaf of the sunflower (heliantus)

The sunflower belongs to the composit flower. It is a tube bloomer, which makes the flower itself very complex.

I myself have a decorative form of heliantus in the garden and it´s leaves are beautiful. Step away from the dominant flower head … towards to the leaf. It’s nice too, isn’t it?
